The Purpose: Bartered Pages was created to give small businesses access to simple, yet professional, graphic design and web development.

The idea: To "barter" for services the business provides, in lieu of payment for web development. If the business's product or services do not lend themselves to bartering, a very reasonable rate would be negotiated.
